1st Annual Coach Bill Provident Scholarship Fund Golf Outing
For more than four decades, Coach Bill Provident shaped the lives of countless young people through his dedication to coaching, teaching, and mentoring. Known affectionately as “Coach Prov,“ Bill was much more than a successful football coach. After his passing in December 2024, the Coach Bill Provident Scholarship Fund was established through the Community Foundation of Lorain County to honor Bill’s lifelong dedication to education, leadership, and young people. The fund will provide opportunities for future generations to pursue their goals and continue the spirit of excellence that Coach Provident embodied throughout his life. He was a role model, a motivator, and a trusted mentor whose influence extended far beyond the field.
Join family, friends, former players, colleagues, and community supporters for a day of golf, fellowship, and celebration as we honor Coach Provident’s extraordinary legacy during the 1st Annual Coach Bill Provident Scholarship Fund Golf Outing.
